The App may collect the following information in order to provide the Service.

2. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Provision, operation, and maintenance of the Service

- Enabling album sharing features (data sharing with invited family members)

- Troubleshooting and customer support
- Usage analysis and compilation of statistics (in a non-personally identifiable format)
- Important notices and service-related notifications
3. Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure
The Operator will not disclose Users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When the User has given consent
- When required by law
- When necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property
- When necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the healthy development of children
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government agency, or a person entrusted by such an agency, in performing duties prescribed by law

4. Data Storage
- User data is stored on Google Firebase cloud servers. Data is primarily stored in Japan or the Asia-Pacific region.
- The Operator implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
- Data is retained for the duration of the account's active period. Data is deleted upon account deletion.
5. Handling of Photos and Videos
- Photos and videos uploaded by Users are stored in encrypted form on Firebase Cloud Storage.
- Photos and videos are accessible only to the User and family members invited by the User.
- The Operator will not view the contents of Users' photos or videos except as required by law.
- Photo and video metadata (such as date and time of capture) is used for in-app features (such as timeline display).
6. Album Sharing Feature
- When a User invites family members, the invited members can access photos, videos, and pet information within the shared album.
- The scope of shared data is limited to members participating in the same album.
- Users can revoke family member invitations at any time.
7. Advertising
- Advertisements are displayed through Google AdMob on the free plan.
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) may be used for ad delivery.
- Users can limit ad tracking through iOS settings.
- No advertisements are displayed on the Premium Plan.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.
9. User Rights
Users have the following rights:
- Right of Access: You may request disclosure of your personal information.
- Right of Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right of Deletion: You may delete your data through the account deletion feature within the App.
- Data Portability: You may request export of your data.
10. Cookies
The App is a mobile application and does not use cookies. However, this website may use cookies for access analytics purposes.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
- The Operator may modify this Policy as necessary.
- In the event of significant changes, Users will be notified through in-app notifications or announcements on the website.
- The revised Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
